Leonard Vasile, Jr., 25, is charged with invasion of privacy by Jackson Township police, according to information on the New Jersey Emergency Operations Network site.

Reports indicate that bail was set at $25,000 with an option for release on payment of 10 percent, which Vasile paid.

Park officials are said to have reported suspicious activity to police on July 3. Investigators believe that the incidents started as far back as last autumn, during Fright Fest.

A Great Adventure spokesperson says that Vasile was terminated when they reported the activity.

The case is still open. Jackson Police Detectives Mitch Cowit or Ed Howe can be reached at 732-928-1111. Information is kept confidential.
