Erica’s Sweets with Shawn & Sue-Glazed Donut Holes

These are delicious and fun for the kids to make!
Erica is part of the WOBM Promotions Team. Her dream is to have a bakery one day and hopefully we are helping her dream to come true! She joins us on “The Ocean County Breakfast Show” every Friday with a new home-made goodie!
Baked Glaze Donut ingredients
-1 cup flour
-Heaping 1/4 cup sugar
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 egg
-1 tbs melted butter
-1/4 cup buttermilk
Glaze ingredients
1/2 cup powder sugar
2 tbs milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Donut recipe
-Combine all dry ingredients
-Add wet ingredients to mixture
-Once it is combined, scoop into a greased cupcake tin (if you have a donut pan you can use that)
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, should be bouncy when you remove from the oven
Let cool slightly
Combine all of the ingredients to make the glaze, one at a time dip the donuts into the glaze. Garnish with sprinkles!
