It's the second day of the new year and you may already be frustrated.  Maybe you've given in to temptation and had a cigarette or a drink or donut.  Maybe you hit the snooze alarm and didn't keep your resolution to wake up early. I'm writing to offer a little support.

When you fall off the horse, get right back on.  There's no point in beating yourself up if you slip up.  Remember that you are human and it may take some time before you reach your goal.

I've read a lot of books and learned from coaches and trainers and one of the keys to success is to practice.  Don't give up even when things get hard.  "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."  That's a quote from Confucius which I thought might help today.

The new year gives us a clean slate so I encourage you to keep at it.   Keep trying to replace negative, unhealthy habits with more positive, healthier thoughts and actions.  You can do it!
