33-year old Richard M. Baine, residing at 20 Lakeview Terrance allegedly used a "peer-to-peer file sharing program" which allows users to exchange images, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office.

Baine risks up to a decade behind bars if convicted of 2nd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child in connection with the Distribution of Child Pornography, or three to five years if convicted of 3rd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child in connection with the Possession of Child Pornography.

Despite these charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all of the trial rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and State law.
