Two Ocean County face a number of drug charges after dealing pot outside The Sports Authority Tuesday in Brick Township.

Tyshon Naphier of Brick was seen getting into the Subaru 28 year old Marc Wish of Toms River drives, then handing over a white plastic bag from his trunk.

The 26 year old Naphier then got into into his Honda and both men drove off in separate directions.

A Brick Township Police Sergeant saw Wish fly through a stop sign and then a red light, before driving onto Cedar Bridge.

He was later pulled over near Brick Boulevard and University Court.

Following a potent odor of raw Marijuana from the car 2 ounces of the narcotic, along with weed laced cigarettes were found leading to the mans arrest.

Not too long after police pulled over Naphier near Creek Road and after smelling weed from the Subaru they found 2 plastic bags and over $600 in cash.

Marc Wish faces drug charges including possession of CDS along with traffic violations.

Tyshon Naphier faces drug charges including Distribution of CDS.
