When cops pulled over the Ford Mustang, drug paraphernalia was in plain view, according to authorities.

Monroe residents, 27-year-old Anthony Durbin and 24-year-old Stephen Durbin, were arrested for allegedly possessing heroin and Oxycodone, and ticketed for seat belt violations.

The vehicle was towed to Manchester Police headquarters where the department's Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant. They found 20 folds of heroin, Oxycodone and drug paraphernalia authorities said.
