Midnight noise complaints in Monmouth's Ocean Township trigger the arrests of a pair of 21-year-olds accused of running an underage-drinking party, and summonses for 15 revelers.

Police say Benjamin Wallace of Sinking Springs, Pennsylvania, and Reece Johnson of Medford were released to await a court hearing.

Police cited township ordinance violations against Michelle Gonzales, 19, Michael Strange, 18, and Alyssa Ercolino, 19, all of West Long Branch; Patricia O'Dwyer, 20, of Long Branch; Craig Cicardo, 19, of Forked River; Ethan Gambale, 19, of Mays Landing; Kristina Vangeli, 19, of Hillsborough; Danielle Radowitz, 20, of Montville; Caroline Huelster, 18, of Mount Laurel; Alyssa Rodriguez, 20, of North Arlington; Kelly Dalton, 20, of Elliot, Maryland; Jillian Vogl, 19, of Cazenovia, New York; Nicole Duca, 19, of Philadelphia; and Frank Foreman, 20, of Ashborn, Virginia.

According to authorities, officers responding to the complaint found a beer keg, partly-full and empty beer cups and cans throughout the Perrine Avenue house last Saturday.

Wallace and Johnson are charged with providing a place for underage people to consume alcohol. The 15 partygoers were cited for consuming alcoholic beverages while under legal age on private property.
