He's accused of using the Internet to capture sexually explicit images of at least one victim and use a crude form of coercion to get more.

Freddy Marcelo Arbito, 30, is believed not only to possess child pornography, but also to have lured at least one victim by masquerading on the Internet as a preteen girl.

Investigators believe Arbito conned at least one youngster into a web friendship, convincing the victim to perform lurid acts, turning the images into videos and threatening the victim with exposure unless it continued.

Arbito is described as 6 feet in height, 150 pounds, with a mole under his right eye.

Special investigators with the Homeland Security Investigations division (HSI) of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) don't know his exact whereabouts but have reason to believe he's still in New Jersey.

If you have information on Arbito, federal agents urge you to reach them. Call the HSI Tip Line at 1-866-347-2423, or send a tip to www.ICE.gov/tips.
