The topic of "cell phones" in school ... is back in the news. Many have mixed emotions on whether children should be allowed to have phones with them in school. There seems to be several areas that supporters like the idea .... Like emergencies and being in touch with parents, using technology like calculators and for research ..... Then there are those who feel its a total distraction .....Some Schools allow and some don't .....
