Do You Sleep “Au Natural”?
Cosmo recently did a poll and 10% of people sleep a la’ natural. And it’s healthy too!
Here are some of the benefits to sleeping naked:
**You sleep better when you’re in the buff. Your body temperature will not get as hot as if you’re sleeping with heavy pajamas on.
**You’ll look younger. Being too warm at night also messes with your body and certain anti-aging hormones. (Wow I really need to do this) And there’s even a benefit of losing weight because it gives your body a chance to lower the amount of cortisol you’re getting when you’re not tossing and turning if you’re warm. If you wake up with too much cortisol in your system it makes you hungrier.
So I don’t sleep a la’ natural…surprisingly! It’s just weird to me. I never did and I don’t think I ever will.
