"Women's Health" magazine decided to remove a couple of phrases and words from their covers in the New Year and I totally agree.

Recently "Women's Health" magazine asked readers what words or phrases they liked on the cover of their magazine and the words or phrases that they just don't like!  While "sexy", "toned", and "strong" are awesome to use on the cover they agreed, "bikini body" and "drop two sizes" are a BIG "no, no."

The Editor-in-Chief, Emily Keller Laird says, "Since our goal is always to pump you up, and never to make you feel bad, here's our pledge: They're gone. They'll no longer appear on "Women's Health" covers."

I applaud you Emily!  I love reading "Women's Health", but I do not have a bikini body and probably never will.  However I am a strong woman!  So for me to pick up this magazine, I'll like not seeing...drop two or three pounds.  I already know I have to do that!  Thanks for a great magazine and relating to us chunkier women or at least now I won't feel quite as guilty for not having a bikini body.

What do you think?  Do you think those words should be removed from the cover?
