Disaster Recovery Centers Announce Holiday Hours

New Jersey disaster recovery centers will remain open but are changing hours for the upcoming holidays.

The centers will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Christmas Eve with the exception of the City Hall location in Hoboken which will be closed, and the Bay Head Fire Station location, which will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. On Dec. 26 normal operating hours of the Bay Head Fire Station center will change from to 9a.m. to 6 p.m. 

All centers will be closed Christmas Day with normal operating hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. continuing Wednesday, Dec. 26.

On New Year's Eve the centers will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. All centers will be closed on New Year's Day and will resume normal hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m.) Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013.

Hurricane Sandy survivors can still visit any of the centers in the state to meet with FEMA disaster specialists, get advice about low-interest disaster loans, and find more information about other disaster assistance programs.
