Disabled Train Delays NJ Transit Commuters

A disabled New Jersey Transit has been removed from the tunnel but delays remain in-and-out of  New York's Penn Station on the Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast lines.

The train had a mechanical problem just outside the station Tuesday morning.

NJ Transit says there are delays up to 30 minutes on Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast Line trains. Midtown Direct trains are being diverted to Hoboken.

Rail passes are being honored on PATH trains at Hoboken Terminal and also on NJ Transit and private carrier buses.
