Today was the day that hardcore Bruce Springsteen fans have been waiting for - the day that tickets to his upcoming Broadway engagement went on sale for the lucky few to score a highly sought after code.

But we all know that you never underestimate Springsteen fans, as the whole 6-week run sold out at an epic pace.

But credit where it's due, as supply is being extended to try to meet at least some of the demand. Only hours after the sell-out, Ticketmaster announced that the show will more than double its initial run, now being extended through February 3rd.
