MOUNT HOLLY - Toxicology test results will determine whether charges are merited for a woman involved in a Delran car crash that killed her husband.

Jamar Rentie, 38, of Mount Laurel, was pronounce dead at the scene Sunday night on Hartford Road. Police said that the car, driven by Tameka Lawson, 35, careened off the southbound side, hit a utility pole and turned over in a patch of woods. Investigators estimated the time of the crash to be 11:15 PM.

Members of the Delran Fire Department pulled both from the wreckage. The Delran Emergency Squad rushed Lawson to Lourdes Medical Center in Willingboro, where she was evaluated and released.

Detective Brian Miller of the Prosecutor's Office and Delran Police Detective Dennis M. Rooney are conducting the investigation.

Authorities did not elaborate on the rate of speed, visibility factors, other possible impairments, or road and lighting conditions.
