There were no serious injuries from the crash, according to Hong, who did not provide further information about the school bus.

Video of the crash from CBS New York showed "Belair" and "Orange NJ" written on the side of the bus. The bus can be seen on top of a guard rail and children being helped out off the bus through the rear door.

Two other sedans with heavily damaged front ends were parked along the shoulder of the road.

A crash at 3:30 p.m. on Route 78 westbound in Watchung closed two lanes near Exit 41 for Deepdale Road. The crash also involved three vehicles, according to Hong.

Rubbernecking delays developed in the opposite direction of both crashes.Traffic was slowed exiting from the Parkway onto the two roads as well.

Hong said both incidents remain under investigation.
