Could We Be Looking at a Bacon Shortage at the Jersey Shore?

No Bacon? Could we be hearing that hear at the Jersey Shore? I only know one person who does not like bacon, Sue Moll, so this news could make people say "where's the bacon" ! I love bacon ... have you ever had a dish that was not better because it had bacon in it? I doubt it! So what's the story ...

Pork Industry experts say we shouldn't be worried about a bacon shortage. High demand for bacon has reduced frozen pork belly supplies in the U.S. to a record low for December, which may make bacon more expensive for us this Winter. Officials did say they think prices will stabilize by Summer.  So don't panic .... yet! Can you imagine a world with no bacon!
