Could it Be True..say, “Bye Bye to the Beachwood Shopping Center”

Reports were yesterday as of June 8th, 2015 that the last of the tenants were out at the Beachwood Shopping Center.  The utilities have been turned off according to Berkeley Patch and the redevelopers are ready to go.  Wow, I can't believe it!

Mayor Carmen Amato, Jr. is moving this along.  It has been an eye sore on Rt. 9 for quite some time for all of us that have to drive by this everyday..it's about time!

I've been hearing a lot of different rumors what it might be.

What do you think should be there?  Do you want a couple of stores?  A "big box" store?  Or maybe a drive-in movie theater...that's what I always thought should be there!
