Recently in Women's World magazine there was an article about that it's better to have it a little cooler in your bedroom to sleep soundly.

The article stated that 68 degrees is perfect sleeping weather for the winter.  It says a cool bedroom helps lower your body's internal thermostat--which makes you drowsy and gives you a better nights sleep.  I usually have my thermostat set at 72.  Maybe I'm going through the change or something I wake up sweating sometimes or maybe I just have to many articles of clothing on.  Tonight, I'm turning it down to 68.

Do you like warmer sleeping or cooler sleeping nights?

What is your thermostat set at for sleeping?
