Comfort Food On A Snowy Day

Snow in the forecast today, whats cooking in your home?

So today's forecast is calling for several inches of snow. Kids are off in many school districts, so what are you planning for lunch and dinner today? I have to admit I love a cold snowy day when something is simmering in the crock pot. The smells throughout the house and the food later is delicious. In fact on Sunday when we had snow my wife did a big pot of chili and cornbread! Hopefully today will find a nice meal simmering.
