Clownfest to Head West Again

There will be no Clownfest for Seaside Heights again this year. According to NJ.com, the painted revelers will once again be taking their hijinks to Lancaster Pennsylvania in September. Organizers said the borough just couldn't fit Clownfest into the beach front community's packed schedule.

Clownfest, had returned to Seaside Heights in 2014 after holding the event in Pennsylvania in 2013. Prior to that, the event, that concludes with a massive clown parade on the boardwalk, was held in the Ocean front borough for two decades.
