A clergyman from Ocean County is denied entrance into the state's pretrial intervention program after refusing to repay money to the Atlantic City church he allegedly stole money from. According to the Gloucester County Times, The Reverend Timothy Holder of Seaside Park had applied to P-T-I after being charged with stealing $35-thousand dollars from the Church of the Ascension Episcopal Church from 2008 to 2009. He was charged with theft by deception in April. Reverend Holder is listed as an Associate Rector at the Christ Episcopal Church of Toms River.
