The United Methodist Women of the Faith Community Church at 526 Rt. 9 in Bayville will be holding a rummage sale on Saturday, Sept 28th from 9 am till 2 pm.  There will be food sold in the kitchen. Used clothing and appliances among other things to be sold. Moneys will be used to benefit the church.


On Sunday, September 29th ... Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity will be hosting its 5th Annual Bike to Build Fundraiser Event. Bike riders of all different skill levels register for different routes highlighting the Jersey Shore. All proceeds raised from the event will benefit Habitat for Humanity programs including new construction and our Sandy Repair Program. There will be a benefit "Zumbathon Fundraiser" to raise money for the businesses devastated by the fire on Sat Oct 5th starting at 11am (registration begins at 10am) between Hiering and Carteret Ave on the boardwalk in Seaside. Rain or Shine!


The Friends of the Toms River Library are asking for book, CD, and media donations for our Book Sale scheduled for November 7-9th. The materials should be in PRISTINE condition. They  cannot accept material in poor condition, textbooks, encyclopedias, old computer books, magazines, abridged or condensed books or phonograph records. Material can be dropped off at the library during open hours.
