One of two brothers suspected of roles in an Allentown shooting that left two people injured in late 2011 has had changes in his charges and bail.

Brieon Thurston, 31, whose last known address was in Hamilton Township, was apprehended on May 16 in a Newark bar. His brother Nehemiah has been in custody since December 30, 2011, four days after the incident.

Warrants had been active for Brieon Thurston on second-degree weapons violations, possession of a handgun, possession of a handgun for unlawful purpose, and fourth-degree aggravated assault.

Both brothers are in the Monmouth County Correctional Instutition in Freehold. At the time of his arrest, information from the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office indicated that Brieon Thurston's bail was set at $250,000. That figure now stands at $100,000.
