So the battle continues...Charcoal or Gas , What do use for your backyard BBQ ?

I cook with gas. I tried charcoal but just is easier using gas, but am I loosing taste ? Alot of backyard chefs prefer charcoal because of taste.

The argument between charcoal and gas is very much like the dispute between PC vs Mac users. It does seem though that whichever you choose, nothing beats a good backyard BBQ!
