It was on this Day ( July 8th ) that the Ice Cream Sundae was Invented! Druggist Edward Berner of Two Rivers, Wisconsin is credited with making the first Sundae .... in 1881 ... 132 years ago today .

Over the weekend April made "Brownie Brittle" Sundaes! Have you had "brownie brittle" ? Its a simple snack, just pieces of crispy brownie ! That combined with vanilla ice cream, strawberry's, tiny bit of hot fudge and there you go the Brownie Brittle Sundae .... My new Fav ! A twist on the classic "Sundae" So today celebrate the birth of the Sundae .... and hit your local ice cream shop :)
