Caught and now charged! Brick Heating and Cooling theft suspect arrested
Failing to come to a halt at a stop sign and not using a turn signal was the act that ultimately lead to the arrest of 38-year old Joshua Rickline Jr. of Easton, Pennsylvania Friday night just days after allegedly stealing copper pipes from Brick Heating and Cooling.
A Brick Township Police officer spotted a white Ford Econoline van matching the description of a vehicle investigators believed may be the one used by Rickline.
After seeing the van exit the Walmart on Route 70 east, the van made a right on to Jack Martin Boulevard and didn't stop at the stop sign or use a turn signal according to police.
As a result of an investigation police found several warrants out from Greenwich Township totaling $2,500.00, Sayreville $500.00 and Phillipsburg $72 to go along with a suspended license and a no bail "NCIC" warrant from Easton, Pennsylvania.
After all this Rickline was arrested for these warrants, motor vehicle citations for driving while suspended, failure to signal and observe a stop sign and from the burlgarly from Brick Heating and Cooling.
He was transported to the Ocean County Jail with bail set at $25,000 and no 10% option.
