Yesterday we had a great day with Big Brothers Big Sisters and their Bowl for Kids Sake in Toms River at the Playdrome.

Summer is fast approaching, and that means the beach and warm nights, perfect weather for a bonfire in Seaside Heights.

This Sunday, lace up the bowling shoes, or Velcro, whatever you prefer and get ready to bowl for an awesome cause!  It's all about the kids this weekend in Toms River.

She's the love of my life- fresh, funny, truly a wonderful little soul that brings me sunshine every day!  She's 11 and her life and what she does is just so funny, it’s too funny not to talk about or write about!  It’s all about sharing our adventures with you. Time flies.  Thanks for all of your advice through the years, Mom's we are never alone!

I was speaking with one of my favorite "New Jerseyans" and his favorite thing is of course, pork roll.  He said it reminds him of home and family.  "Others try to make that perfect pork roll but there's nothing like a true New Jersey pork roll sandwich."

There will be some street closings this week throughout Toms River for some much needed paving.

Crazy, there's a day for everything.  But this is my all-time favorite snack.  If there's something on TV, an awards show, super bowl, birthday party, and any other get- together...you'll find pigs in a blanket at my house!

Summertime is coming!  And I know kids get bored.  Keep them busy this Summer bowling.

Friends of Island Beach State Park bring us the second annual May Day at Island Beach State Park with fun for the whole family.

It looks sparkly, magical, bright colored, and sweet!
