Anyone who follows the box office will look upon this weekend's results and feel strong pangs of deja vu. Isn't this the same thing as las week?! Pretty much, yeah. The vast majority of the top ten stayed in the same position as last weekend thanks to an incredibly weak crop of new releases, making these some of the strangest box office numbers seen in 2012.
Not a single, solitary episode of 'American Idol' Season 12 has aired yet and it's already rife with plenty of Nicki Minaj-generated controversy. Forget Mariah-gate. That's so last month.
Steven Tyler has already offered a response to Minaj's pointed accusations that he's a racist (due to comments he made about her judging ability). The former and current 'American Idol' judge had a bit of a spat in the press, with Tyler chalking it up to a big ol' misunderstanding.
As much as we'd love for the fallout from Angus T. Jones' religious rant against 'Two and Half Men' to continue on indefinitely, sooner or later an impass would have to be reached. Charlie Sheen can continue commenting on his former cast-mate's outburst, but given Jones' apology yesterday, there aren't likely to be many further developments. To that end, the actor is believed to stay at his 'Two and a Half Men' job for the moment, but will he leave at the end of the season?

On tonight's (Nov. 21) episode of 'X Factor,' the Top 10 remaining contestants were asked to give thanks with a song so it was an extra schmaltzy (and we mean that lovingly) episode. It's also a double elimination week, so two acts will be going home tomorrow, which is Thanksgiving. That's going to suck and scar the holiday for whichever performers are sent packing.

The show kicked off with an energized performance by Team Christina of ‘Let There Be Love,’ a track from Christina Aguilera’s brand-new album, ‘Lotus.’ Sylvia Yacoub, Dez Duron and Aguilera herself rocked the stage and got the crowd pumped and ready for the night’s exciting events.
