Thursday Night I had the honor of being at the Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey Annual Volunteer Appreciation Interfaith Worship Service and Dinner at the First United Methodist Church of Toms River. What a fantastic night celebrating CVCJ's 20th Anniversary helping seniors in our Community....Truly a pleasure to now be on the Board of this great organization. So many coming out to have a "loving" night with Caregivers.

Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey (CVCJ) is an interfaith 501 C3 nonprofit agency which provides free support and assistance to Senior Citizens and rewarding volunteer opportunities. Their volunteers provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, relief for Caregivers and friendly/pet visits to reduce loneliness. Their agency has been providing services for the past 20 years and makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those we help and those who give of themselves to help others.

Please know, that when you contribute to their nonprofit agency, you are directly impacting the lives of Senior Citizens and their Caregivers in many positive ways. Your generosity helps them recruit and train new volunteers to keep up with the demand for their services, pay for criminal background checks and driver history abstracts and provide insurance for all our volunteers. Remember, all their services are free, they would not be here without people like you! :)
