Police charged Justin Caruso with driving while intoxicated and other road infractions after the Friday night mishap.

According to authorities, officers responded around 10:30 PM to a call of a car in a pool near Sally Ike Road and Lexington Drive.

Investigators tracing the path determined that Caruso's car sailed off the southbound side of Sally Ike, ramming a fireplug, street sign and bushes before ramming through a fence bordering a house on Lexington, finally stopping with the front axle partly submerged in the pool.

There are no reports of any injuries to occupants of the house.
