Whats better at home ... Hotter or Colder to keep weight off ?

So where do you keep your thermostat on at home ? Warmer or colder ? We keep ours between 65-68 at home... we just prefer cooler temps in the house and that's the same in Summer too.So we go through less heat in Winter, But more AC in the Summer......

Dutch researchers studying the body's reactions to indoor conditions discovered that more energy is spent when exposed to "mild cold." Their study showed that participants who endured temperatures of 64-68 degrees for six hours daily for ten days produced more brown fat that those who stayed in warmer rooms.....which they say generates heat and burns calories.

 

So their research says keep it cooler and keep the weight off .....
