Can The Parkway Handle Traffic?

Today of course is Labor Day and the traffic northbound is a slow go ..... but is the Parkway as good as it used to be? Do you find yourself in more bottlenecks then ever on a road that's supposed to constantly flow? Is Route 9 a better option ?

We have EZ-Pass now and still it seems the GSP is slower then ever , at times, is this simply too many vehicles or is the road a slow go due to construction, pattern shifting and poor driving ?

Are you stuck in traffic on a daily basis going to and from work ?

What's the solution ?
