Burlington County woman stabbed, listed as critical

A Mount Holly woman is in critical condition following a late Monday stabbing, and the suspect is on the loose.

The 37-year-old victim appears to have been the victim of domestic violence, according to the office of Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi.

She sustained multiple gashes and was transported by air to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton.

County and Mount Holly investigators have homed in on a possible suspect, but have not released any identity.
