Manchester Police catch up with a fugitive, wanted in a Jersey Gas and Auto Repair shop burglary, in Stafford Township. Nicholas Graff, age 20, of Manchester's Pine Lake Park section, was taken into custody by members of the Stafford Township Police Department, Ocean County Sheriffs Department and the U.S. Marshals Service without incident Tuesday night when they learned he was hiding in an Ocean Acres house.

Graff was identified through a surveillance video in connection with a burglary at the Jersey Gas, TC & Sons Auto Repair and Krauser's convenience store in Whiting on March 24. Police say at the time of that robbery, Graff was out on $75,000 bail on burglary and weapons charges in a January incident.

Graff is being charged with burglary, theft, criminal mischief and his bail was set at $150,000 cash only. He's in the Ocean County Jail in default of bail.

Police already arrested his 17-year-old accomplice at the end of March for the incident. Police say he was identified after their surveillance images were circulated on Facebook.
