Brick’s Koi Asian Fusion Is Expanding Into Toms River

One of the things that I love about living in Ocean County is the number of really good sushi restaurants, and one of those is preparing to open a second location.

Brick's Koi Asian Fusion Lounge just announced that they're expanding into Toms River and will be offering a whole cultural experience.

In a Facebook post at the end of the year, the new restaurant, Koi Hibachi & Kitchen, announced that they'll not only be bringing their cuisine to Toms River, but that the new location will also include what they describe as an art gallery and cultural center.

The new digs are in the Indian Head Shopping Center, right where Indian Head Road and Route 9 come together.

According to a post just yesterday on their Facebook page, the goal to open is currently for the end of this month or early February.
