Brick Township Pair Charged in Adult Bookstore Holdup Probe

Two Brick Township residents face a battery of charges connected to the October 19th armed robbery of the Pleasure Zone adult book store.

Police arrested Colin H. Evans, 30, and Erin N. Bozeth, 35, of Mantoloking Road, on October 31.

They're accused of taking about $1,000.

Authorities did not disclose how detectives tied the pair to the robbery, citing only "diligent and tireless investigation."

Evans and Bozeth are charged with robbery and possession of heroin and drug-related items including nine hypodermic syringes. Evans is also facing two weapons possession counts. His bail was set at $215,000.  Bozeth's bail was set at $115,000. Neither was given an option for release on payment of 10 percent.
