Brick Township Man Charged with Assaulting Preteen Relative

A Brick Township 39-year-old is being held on $150,000 cash bail, accused by an 11-year-old relative of sexually assaulting her during a Saturday sleepover at his house.

Floyd Sinclair, Jr., was apprehended following a complaint lodged Sunday by the alleged victim and her parents, according to Brick Police.

Sinclair is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault and second-degree counts of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River.
