Brick Teen Injured Crossing Road On Skateboard

A 16-year-old from Brick Township remains at a trauma center this morning, after being struck by a mini-van while crossing a busy intersection last night.  Police say the teen was riding a skateboard at the corner of Routes 70 and 88 when he went through a do not walk signal.  The driver has not been charged.

The teen's injuries range from head trauma, cuts and a broken leg.
