Brick Township Police release surveillance images in hope that the public can help identify burglary suspects.  Police say on December 10th a township resident on Hooper Avenue was approached by a white or light skinned Hispanic male, driving a white work van when he was taking in his garbage can.

The resident said the man asked him about fence work that a neighbor was considering. However, Police Sergeant Henry Drew said the whole conversation was a ruse to distract the resident outside while two other suspects entered the home and removed items that included a large safe, a computer and a computer monitor.

Drew said a surveillance system recorded the subjects that entered the house and removed the items.

Brick Police are asking residents to view the video and contact Detective Daniel Waleski at 732-262-1170. After normal business hours contact the Brick Township Police Department at 732-262-1100.
