Scandal Hits American Idol, Will Reportedly be Televised [Links]

Huge news coming out about American Idol this evening. TMZ is reporting that a contestant will be disqualified and removed from the show because the singer, "concealed multiple crimes from producers".

I won't reveal the name of the booted contestant here, but if you want to know before tomorrow's show airs, The Hollywood Reporter is naming names (seriously, do not click that link if you want to be surprised on Wednesday's show!).

Word has it that producers confronted the contestant on camera Tuesday and will air the footage on Wednesday's show.

The big question is, will he or she be replaced with one of the previous contestants who didn't make it through to the Top 13? Guess we'll have to watch to find out.
