Blow Dart Attack In Toms River Being Probed

It was a bizarre incident in Toms River today that has police on the case, looking for some men in a white sports car.

An 18 year old Toms River man was jogging along Coolidge Avenue in the East Dover section of town when he was shot with a blow dart. He immediately headed to Toms River Police Headquarters with a puncture wound to his elbow. Although he refused medical attention, he reported what happened to the police who are now probing the incident.

The dart was turned in as evidence. Four people in the sports car were laughing at him and pointing at him as they sped off.
