Berkeley Township and Mayor Carmen F. Amato, Jr.  has launched an awesome new initiative where everyone can get involved.

According to the Berkeley Patch, Berkeley Township's initiative "If You See Something, Say Something".  Berkeley Authorities are hoping that residents will jump into action and call the police if you see anything suspicious.  The Mayor says there will be signs up soon through-out Berkeley neighborhoods.

"Every resident can assist by being the eyes and ears of our community," Amato said.

This is a great way to protect and keep our township safe!  The number to call if you see or hear anything - 732 - 341 - 6600 or 911.
