Berkeley Township Motorcyclist sends Police on Chase through Holiday City

A motorcyclist is charged with eluding arrest and numerous other motor vehicle violations after leading Toms River police on a chase through Holiday City early Saturday.

Toms River Police Chief Mike Mastronardy tells The Ocean Signal, 53 year old John Horlowski of Berkeley Township refused to pull over for a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 9 and Saint Catherine's Boulevard and continued navigating through several streets in Holiday City until hitting a curb in a church parking lot. He then fled into the woods and was arrested after a short foot pursuit.
