This Friday, July 13th Berkeley Township will celebrate their local baseball All-Star Al Leiter with the dedication of Leiter Baseball Park and the Re-dedication of Leiter Field in Bayville. Berkeley Township Little League invites you to join them Friday at 5:30 pm for this special night in Ocean County.

Leiter graduated from Central Regional High School in 1984. He went on to pitch for the New York Yankees, New York Mets, Florida Marlins and Toronto Blue Jays. He is the all-time winningest Major League pitcher from New Jersey with 162 Major League wins. Al is a 3 time World Series Champion, 2 time All-Star and is now a commentator.

The dedication takes place this Friday, July 13th at 5:30 pm at 43 Moorage Avenue in Bayville.

Immediately following the ceremonies the Senior Division New Jersey State Championship will take place.
