Advanced Furnace and Air Duct Cleaning on Route 9 in Bayville has been putting up elaborate Halloween displays for years. Sadly, this year's display went up in flames late last week. But the most important things - nobody was hurt, and they will rebuild it.

Anyone who regularly drives Route 9 through Bayville has seen the elaborate Halloween display that the company has been setting up for a decade now. But last Thursday, fire turned the display into a pile of melted plastic and ashes.

Company representative Billy Spano provided us with video and photos of the fire and its aftermath:

But there is one thing that Mr. Spano wanted to emphasize to us, in his words, "we do it for, you, the community! Thank you again and we will have it back up and running as soon as possible!"

Since the fire, Mr. Spano tells us that there has been an outpouring of support from the community, both financially and with people volunteering their time to help rebuild.

We'll be keeping an eye on the situation and will keep you updated on its progress.
