ATV Rider Critically Injured In Manchester

A 32 year old man is in the hospital after he lost control of his ATV in Manchester Saturday.

Manchester Police say the crash occurred around 12:17 p.m. on the Heritage Minerals property located near Colonial Drive and the township high school.

Thomas Starace, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, was flown to Jersey Shore Medical Center with head trauma.

The Asbury Park Press reports Starace was in critical condition Saturday afternoon after the crash.

Assisting at the scene were, Manchester Vol. First Aid, Manchester Vol. Fire Dept, MONOC Paramedics, and the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department Criminal Investigation Unit.

The crash is under investigation by Ptl. O’Hare of the Manchester Traffic Safety Division.
