When Manchester Township Police arrived, they found a red 2003 Honda TRX300 Sportrax on the shoulder of the dirt roadway.

Through their investigation they determined the Honda was traveling west on Clay Mine Road when the operator of the ATV, 28-year-old Constance Robinson of Manchester, lost control of the vehicle and drove off the roadway.

The momentum caused the ATV to collide with a raised dirt berm then overturn which forced Robinson off.

Robinson was wearing a DOT approved helmet at the time of the collision and sustained injuries to her face, neck, and back.

She was transported to Community Medical Center in Toms River for treatment and was listed in stable condition.

Members of the New Jersey State Park Police and the New Jersey State Police as well as paramedics from MONOC and EMT's from Quality Medical Transport assisted at the scene.

Patrolman Ian Bole of the Manchester Township Police Traffic Safety Unit is investigating the crash.
