Daniel Hillman pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography today in a Trenton federal courtroom.

Investigators using a file-sharing program began downloading images of children being sexually abused from Hillman as early as December 2010, according to prosecutors.

Atlantic Highlands and Monmouth County investigators say they found multiple computers in a raid of Hillman's house in April 2011. One, they say, contained images of kids being subjected to sadistic and violent conduct.

Hillman's sentencing is scheduled for December 18.
