Are You Hearing a Weird Noise in Ocean County?

I'm not sure what it is, but I'm hearing a train whistle or a boat horn later in the afternoon.  I know this sounds weird, but is anyone else hearing it?

It drives me crazy because the town I live in, in Ocean County, doesn't have a train?  It's always around 4:00 in the afternoon.

I saw on Facebook that somebody heard something weird yesterday, like a train whistle but no one knows what the noise is?  Someone posted possibly it's a truck with a horn, possibly but it just doesn't sound like that.  It sounds like a train whistle.?

Do you hear it?  Do you know what it is?
